On June 27, Central Florida’s best pool party series returns.
Just like the last two events, Aquatic Bass 5 happens at the Orlando Monumental Hotel on International Drive.
As Future Sounds of Breaks and Digital Davinci present the event, founder and DJ Jason Brown still runs the show, a show featuring mostly break beat dance music.
From the DJ lineup, I’ll focus on Frankie Bones, the headliner. I’ve seen the name several times here in Orlando. Because of the current overuse of the word “legend”, I thought nothing of the name. Yet, legend does apply to Frankie Bones. Bones is credited for being the first to import the rave culture to the United States. This after playing a UK hangar party in 1989.
